User experience is still a somewhat nebulous concept that’s people have been throwing around especially in the last few years. So being very loosely defined, we have all taken up the task of writing our own rules and definitions. There are a lot of question that still remain a mystery to people, especially those not involved in UX. We are regarded by designers as spoilsports; by developers as shamanistic pests; by management as the guy who asks too many questions; and hopefully by the unaware users as an invisible guardian angel. If a CMS is the beating heart of your product and the UI is it’s face, then UX is where you keep its soul. But how does it tick?
