In this talk, Aleksandar Savkovic<\/a>, who presented an extremely intriguing lecture at WordCamp 2017<\/a> will discuss how to create an environment and atmosphere that can support Agile frameworks, how to change the mindset and how to handle team that you inherited.<\/p>\n

Building data-driven buyer personas<\/h2>\n

Vassilena Valchanova<\/a> spoke about digital marketing on many occasions, and she’s rather well known in the marketing world. We anticipate a deep dive in the data-driven marketing territory with her talk – this is what she had to say when asked about the lecture:<\/p>\n
