When it comes to WordPress, Hristo has done it all. He’s supported WordPress clients, built websites, designed themes, written eBooks, and leads the organisation of WordCamp Sofia for fourth time! As SiteGround’s Manager of WordPress initiatives, he spends his days developing and implementing various in-house performance-boosting solutions to help make WordPress websites faster and more secure. When he’s not thinking about how to make WordPress better, Hristo is either planning his next road trip with his beautiful wife or flying remote controlled planes.

Стефан е WordPress фрийленсър и онлайн маркетинг експерт с над 15 годишен опит в дигиталния свят. Занимава се активно с WordPress от далечната 2007 година, а профсионално вече десет години. Редовен участик в WordCamp Sofia и доброволец, в няколко от събитията през полседните години (WordCamp Sofia 2018 и WordCamp EU 2014).

Атанас е дизайнер с повече от 16 години опит като се занимава с различни видове дизайн – от печат до уеб и 3D за фантазия. С WordPress работи от 2010-та година и следи от близо развитието му. От 2018 се включва в екипа на WordCamp Sofia като основен дизайнер на събитието. Вкусил адреналина от организирането на събития успешно се включва и в организационния екип на WordCamp Plovdiv 2019. Атанас е любител фотограф.

Atanas is a designer with over 16 years of experience in various types of design – from print to web and 3D to fantasy. It has been working with WordPress since 2010 and is closely following its development. From 2018 he joins the team of WordCamp Sofia as the main designer of the event. Tasted the adrenaline of organizing events, he successfully joins the organizing team of WordCamp Plovdiv 2019. Atanas is an amateur photographer.

С опит като доброволец за WordCamp Sofia и WordCamp Plovdiv, тази година за първи път се впуска в предизвикателството да участва в организацията на WordCamp Sofia. Започнах да се занимавам с WordPress през 2011 година, когато поддържах няколко клиентски сайта. През 2014 година започнах работа в СуперХостинг.БГ като маркетинг специалист. Компанията участва на всички местни WordCamp-ове и от 2014 насам не съм пропускал WordCamp, като съм бил и на доста мийтъпи в София. Така и станах част от WordPress обществото. Освен това съм посещавал и няколко WordCamp-а извън България, два от които бяха WCEU 2016 и WCEU 2017. Няколко пъти съм бил част от Contributor Day и WordPress Translation Day. През 2018 започнах работа като Marketing Relations Manager в една от топ WordPress агенциите в света – DevriX. През месец май 2019 година бях лектор на WordCamp Plovdiv и WordCamp Nis. В момента се занимавам с дигитален маркетинг, продажби и разработка на WordPress сайтове. А освен това правя и видео съдържание, свързано с Digital Marketing и WordPress, което пускам на сайта ми diantankov.com.

English: At first, I got involved in WordPress by administrating some customer websites. Back in 2014, I started work in SuperHosting.BG as a Marketing Specialist. The company participated at local WordCamps which I attended along with local meet-ups in Sofia. This is how I got involved in the community. I also went to several WordCamps outside of Bulgaria, among which WCEU 2016 and WCEU 2017. I’ve visited several times Contributor Day and WordPress Translation Day. I also worked as a Marketing Relations Manager in a top WordPress development company – DevriX, who are devoted to WordPress, support the community, and almost everyone there is a WordPress contributor. In May 2019 I was a speaker at WordCamp Plovdiv and WordCamp Nis. Currently, I do digital marketing, sales and WordPress websites. Along with this, I make video content, related to Digital Marketing and WordPress that could be found at my website diantankov.com.

Атанас Йонков е пътешественик, авантюрист, любител на природата и WordPress ентусиаст. Работи като блогър и фрийланс уеб-дизайнер. Съосновател и председател на авторския колектив в платформата за блогъри „Походът“ . Участва като доброволец в редица международни проекти. I am a blogger, freelance web developer and WordPress enthusiast. I am chairman of the authors at Pohodut, online platform for bloggers. I love volunteering and I have contributed to the open-source community by developing free WordPress themes and plugins. I also love travelling and I have visited most of the countries in Europe.
