I am Andrei Trașcă, a web developer, entrepreneur and founder of TRS Design, a web development and digital agency working with businesses on websites, e-commerce platforms, branding and ongoing digital support.
Before focusing on growing my own agency, I worked as a Software Engineer at Adobe, where I contributed to international frontend projects using React and TypeScript and collaborated with distributed teams from around the world.
Through my experience as both a developer and an agency owner, I have learned that delivering great technical work is only one part of building a sustainable business. Clear communication, realistic expectations, strong processes and healthy boundaries are equally important for creating successful long-term client relationships.
